Good Cop, Bad Cop

Comissioner Gordon is disgusted by the corruption and excessive use of force among Gothem's police, and also worried about his wife's cancer:

"Was that necessary?"
 "He had this beauty in his pocket."

"It's a comb, Flass." 
"I'm human, Jimmy."  
The tests.  I'm praying that they come out negative.
